Store Managers | Retail Managers | Assistant Retail Managers (Multiple Sydney Locations)

About your new role We are recruiting for multiple management positions across our high-volume Auburn, Marsden Park, and Hoxton Park sites. Depending on your level, you will own a full six-million-dollar store P&L, manage front-of-house floor commercial targets, or drive daily shift productivity. These fast-paced roles use live weekly inventory data to reconfigure trading zones, offering massive commercial autonomy.

What’s on offer
  • Store Manager base salary of $75k–$95k plus superannuation
  • Retail Manager base salary of $69k–$71k plus superannuation
  • Assistant Retail Manager base salary of $64k plus superannuation
  • Store Manager roster: Monday to Friday from 7:00am to 3:30pm
  • Annual bonus schemes
Key responsibilities
  • Store Managers: Manage complete store financial targets, expenses, recruitment, and full P&L results. Drive community donation initiatives and coordinate stock directly with warehouse management.
  • Retail Managers: Take ultimate accountability for front-of-house sales floor targets, labor hours, and roster scheduling. Continually monitor and reassign staffing levels to hit key performance metrics.
  • Assistant Retail Managers: Run daily floor shifts as the manager on duty, guiding cashiers and floor recovery teams. Direct immediate pricing, register queue, and fitting room adjustments.
Skills and experience we are looking for
  • Background in results-driven retail or fast-paced management.
  • Strong mathematical and data analysis skills across operations.
  • Ability to plan, organize, execute, and direct the work of others.
  • Strong communication skills to coach and counsel diverse teams.
  • Confident reasoning skills to handle escalation and customer complaints.
