- Previous retail leadership experience, ideally in high-volume product environments.
- Proven ability to lead, coach, motivate, and develop a team to success.
- Strong understanding of stock management, time management, and operational budgets.
- Confident communicator with interpersonal skills to easily build connections with team and customers.
- A strong desire to challenge yourself to achieve company objectives and drive results.
