They are currently seeking a successful Manager to run their Blenheim Store!

- $65k+ base salary depending on experience
- Monthly Commission + Annual Bonus + Discounts
- Seasonal Roster: Monday - Friday from April to September | Tuesday - Saturday October - March (no late nights)

This is a hands-on Manager’s role and we need to be a proven sales and management performer who is energetic and 100% focused on delivering only the very best results for your store. Your role will include:
- Driving Sales & KPI Targets both individually and store-based
- Motivating a small team every day by driving a positive culture and customer service
- Managing promotions and visual merchandising
- HR Functions - Performance mgmt & recruitment
- Overseeing all administrative duties including rosters, reporting, stocktake, stock management.
You’ll bring a high level of personal presentation with proven experience and the ability to lead, motivate, and drive your team by working alongside them and leading from the front, you’ll also have.
- A genuine commitment and passion for the retail sector
- Experience in perosnal sales + coaching your team
- Ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team
- Enthusiastic, Dynamic, driven and self-motivated personality
- Ability to multi-task and prioritise deadlines and tasks
- Must have full working rights in NZ
