As Store Manager, you'll take the reins of a high-performing team and a store that's already firing. You will:
- Lead and support a team — an Assistant Manager, two part-timers and two casuals
- Take full ownership of day-to-day operations, rostering and stock management
- Drive sales & KPI performance
- Maintain strong merchandising standards, with a genuine eye for detail, colour and presentation
- Bring a collaborative, adaptable leadership style
- Operate confidently and independently, given the store's remote location
- Brings 5+ years management experience, ideally within retail or highly consultative selling, as well as people and stock management, with genuine leadership ability
- A collaborative, hands-on leadership style
- Strong attention to detail and a real enjoyment of merchandising with an interest/experience in interior design, colour and texture
- Must have full NZ Working Rights
