We are looking for a hands-on, inspiring Store Manager to take the reins of their close-knit Dunedin store. If you excel on the retail floor, love coaching an energetic team, and live for the outdoors, this is your next ideal step.

- Drive team learning and engagement via internal redseed training programs
- Proven retail leadership experience (Store Manager or senior Assistant Manager looking to step up)
- A hands-on, leading-by-example floor leader with strong sales coaching capabilities
- Strong administrative and commercial capabilities
