Our client is a much-loved New Zealand retail brand with stores nationwide, known for creating engaging, customer-first shopping experiences across books, games, stationery, gifts and lifestyle products. They are now searching for an energetic and people-focused Store Manager to lead their Queenstown store.

You’ll be involved in:
- Leading, coaching and motivating your team to success
- Driving sales, KPI performance and customer engagement
- Staff training, development and performance management
- Rostering, wage control and day-to-day operations
- Stock management, loss prevention and visual merchandising
- Creating a positive, high-energy culture in store
- Previous retail leadership experience as a Store Manager or experienced Assistant Manager
- A confident, engaging and hands-on leadership style
- Strong operational and organisational skills
- Passion for customer service and creating a fun in-store environment
- A genuine love for books, giftware, stationery, games or lifestyle retail
