About the Role
We’re seeking a confident Store Manager to lead a much‑loved retail store in Avalon Beach. This site has strong local engagement, a loyal customer base, and a dedicated volunteer team the perfect environment for a people‑first leader to thrive.
You’ll be responsible for:
- Delivering store performance by managing budgets, planning, and daily operations
- Ensuring accurate, compliant transactions and smooth store processes
- Leading, coaching, and developing both staff and volunteers
- Maintaining high stock standards and creating engaging visual merchandising
- Building strong customer relationships and fostering a warm, community‑focused atmosphere
- Upholding health, safety, and wellbeing standards across the store
