Your New Role:
- Store Manager to lead a team of over 15+ in a fast-paced environment
- Responsible for people, product and Visual Merchandising - how do you drive success through these key pillars
- Confident with large stock inventory and operational excellence
- Train, support and develop a successful sales team; deliver exceptional service through your high performing team
- Leading the daily operations of a high volume store with a broad product range
- Creating a positive and supportive team culture where people enjoy their work and feel part of something meaningful
- Driving store performance through coaching, sales leadership and strong customer engagement
- Managing stock flow, visual merchandising and store presentation to maintain high standards
- Ensuring safety, compliance and operational processes are followed every day
- Developing your team through regular feedback, training and clear expectations
- Can drive sales and service through efficient sales and story telling
- Lives and breathes sport retail or passion for a historic heritage brand
- Previous leadership in retail across any product category
- Operational skilled in inventory management; know how to run larger stock levels including all report analysis
- An inspirational leader, able to naturally motivate those around you; drive succession plans and leaders out to the business
