About the Role
Step into a leadership role with impact as Store Manager at the high-performing Miranda location. Reporting to the District Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind store success leading from the front, building a strong team culture and delivering a premium, style-focused customer experience.
You’ll champion denim, inspire confidence through styling and empower your team to connect customers with the perfect fit, every time. This is the perfect opportunity for a passionate retail leader who thrives on energy, pace and performance.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead from the front to drive sales, exceed KPIs and elevate service standards
- Bring denim to life through styling expertise and customer connection
- Oversee stock flow end-to-end: deliveries, replenishment and inventory accuracy
- Execute and maintain visual merchandising that reflects the brand’s identity and commercial edge
- Coach, develop and inspire your team to unlock their full potential
- Create a collaborative, inclusive and high-performing store culture
- Ensure seamless daily operations in a busy, fast-paced environment
- 1–2+ years’ experience as a Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager
- A genuine passion for denim, fashion and personal styling
- Proven success in driving sales and achieving KPIs
- Strong operational skills within a high-volume retail setting
- A natural leader who motivates, coaches and builds engaged teams
- Highly organised, adaptable and confident in a fast-moving environment
- A customer-first mindset, with the ability to create memorable styling experiences
