- Drive sales performance and achieve store KPIs
- Coach, develop and inspire a team of 8–10
- Create a positive, high-performing team culture
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience every day
- Maintain strong visual merchandising and store presentation standards
- Oversee stock management, rostering and operational excellence
- Lead from the front and set the standard on the shop floor
- $65k per annum + kiwisaver
