About the role: An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Store Manager to lead one of the company's highest-performing stores at Garden City.
This role requires a confident and capable leader who can take ownership from day one. You'll be responsible for driving sales performance, developing your team, creating an exceptional customer experience and ensuring operational excellence across every aspect of the business.
What you'll need:
- Previous Store Manager experience within a fashion or apparel retail environment.
- Proven success leading and developing larger retail teams.
- Strong operational experience including rostering, stock management, visual merchandising and KPI management.
- A confident, resilient leadership style with the ability to coach, train and develop high-performing teams.
- Excellent commercial acumen and the ability to drive sales while maintaining exceptional customer experiences.
- $67,000 + super + bonus
- Rotating roster with one weekend on, one weekend off.
