As Store Manager, you'll be responsible for creating a store that customers love to visit and a team that's proud to be part of it.
From building your team and delivering exceptional customer experiences to maintaining beautiful visual merchandising and driving commercial success, you'll have the opportunity to make your mark from day one.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruit, coach and develop a brand-new store team
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience through personalised service
- Drive sales, KPIs and store performance
- Create inspiring visual merchandising displays
- Maintain outstanding store presentation and operational excellence
- Build a positive, engaged and high-performing team culture
- Manage rostering, stock and day-to-day operations

You'll be an inspiring leader who enjoys creating beautiful retail environments and helping people feel at home.
You'll bring :
- Previous Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager experience
- Experience within homewares, interiors, furniture, lifestyle or premium retail
- A passion for styling, visual merchandising and customer experience
- Strong leadership and team development skills
- Commercial confidence with experience achieving sales and KPI targets
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- A positive, hands-on leadership style
