As Store Manager, you’ll lead a team of 10–12, building a positive, high-performing culture while taking ownership of store performance. You’ll drive sales, manage KPIs, oversee day-to-day operations, and ensure every customer enjoys an exceptional experience. Your focus will be on coaching and developing your team, maintaining strong store standards, and delivering commercial results.

What You’ll Bring
- Proven retail leadership and team development experience.
- A strong commercial mindset with experience driving sales and KPIs.

- Competitive salary of $75,000–$80,000 per annum + quarterly bonuses of up to 15% of base salary, based on sales and KPI conversion.
