As Store Manager, you’ll lead a team of 10–12, building a positive, high-performing culture while taking ownership of store performance. You’ll drive sales, manage KPIs, oversee day-to-day operations, including rostering, training, stock management, and visual merchandising, and ensure every customer enjoys an exceptional experience. Your leadership will focus on coaching, mentoring, and developing your team, fostering collaboration and delivering strong results.
