As Store Manager, you’ll take ownership of the day-to-day running of the store while creating an environment where both customers and your team feel valued.
About you
We’re looking for someone who brings heart, energy and a genuine love for people .
You’ll ideally have previous Store Management experience, but just as importantly, you’ll be someone who:
- Loves getting to know customers and building genuine relationships
- Is naturally warm, approachable and community-minded
- Leads by example and brings out the best in their team
- Has a positive, can-do attitude
- Is commercially minded and enjoys seeing a store grow
- Is confident managing day-to-day operations
