About the Role
This is a rare opportunity to lead a brand-new store from day one. As Store Manager, you’ll be responsible for building your team, setting the culture, and driving performance in a premium, high-energy environment.
You’ll lead from the front across all areas of the business - from people leadership and commercial performance to operational excellence and visual merchandising.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Leading recruitment, onboarding, and training for your new team
- Building a strong, high-performing team culture from the ground up
- Driving sales performance and achieving key KPIs
- Managing stock flow, inventory, and operational execution in a fast-paced environment
- Executing visual merchandising standards in line with brand direction
- Developing future leaders through coaching and succession planning
- Proven experience leading teams in a high-volume retail environment
- Strong commercial acumen with a track record of delivering results
- Confidence managing stock, operations, and fast-paced store environments
- A hands-on leadership style with a passion for team development
- Experience within sportswear or footwear is highly regarded
- $75,000 + super + bonus structure
