Key Responsibilities
• Lead, motivate, and develop a large team in a fast-paced setting
• Drive sales performance, productivity, and customer experience
• Deliver strong operational standards including rosters, wages, and compliance
• Coach leaders and team members to build capability and succession

What You Need
• Proven Store Manager experience within apparel retail
• Demonstrated success leading large teams
• Strong operational and commercial capability
