Store Manager - Chartwell

The Opportunity

Take full ownership of store performance and lead from the front. Oversee two senior team members, drive a culture of professionalism and service excellence, and deliver results in a high-touch retail environment.
This role suits someone from a high-service retail background; menswear experience is a plus, but not required.

What You’ll Be Responsible For
  • Leading, coaching and inspiring a small, experienced team
  • Driving sales through personalised, consultative service
  • Building loyal, repeat clientele through relationship-based selling
  • Managing all operational functions, including rostering, stock control and VM
  • Monitoring performance and implementing strategies to increase net profit
  • Maintaining a polished, premium in-store experience
About You
  • Proven leadership experience in retail, or an Assistant Manager ready to step up
  • Background in high-service, consultative retail
  • A confident people leader comfortable managing senior team members
  • Commercially minded with a focus on profitability
  • Polished, professional and passionate about premium customer experiences
Salary & Benefits
  • $70,000 per annum base salary
  • Uncapped monthly bonus based on net profit 
  • Flexible roster – only one weekend day required
