This role suits someone from a high-service retail background; menswear experience is a plus, but not required.
What You’ll Be Responsible For
- Leading, coaching and inspiring a small, experienced team
- Driving sales through personalised, consultative service
- Building loyal, repeat clientele through relationship-based selling
- Managing all operational functions, including rostering, stock control and VM
- Monitoring performance and implementing strategies to increase net profit
- Maintaining a polished, premium in-store experience
- Proven leadership experience in retail, or an Assistant Manager ready to step up
- Background in high-service, consultative retail
- A confident people leader comfortable managing senior team members
- Commercially minded with a focus on profitability
- Polished, professional and passionate about premium customer experiences
- $70,000 per annum base salary
- Uncapped monthly bonus based on net profit
