Your New Role:

As Store Manager, you will lead the flagship boutique across sales performance, customer experience, team leadership, store standards and daily operations.

This role would suit a confident retail leader who understands premium service and enjoys creating a polished, personal and commercially strong store environment. You will lead from the floor, coach your team in real time and ensure every customer interaction feels considered, warm and memorable.

What You Will Get Up To:
  • Lead, coach and develop a boutique team within a premium flagship environment.
  • Create a strong service rhythm on the floor through product storytelling, customer connection and considered consultations.
  • Use KPIs, trade results, conversion, ATV and customer activity to guide daily focus.
  • Maintain strong standards across presentation, visual merchandising, stock management, security and store operations.
  • Build product confidence across the team so they can speak with clarity around quality, design and customer needs.
  • Create a positive flagship culture where the team feels supported, accountable and proud of the store.
  • Partner with senior leaders to share feedback, identify opportunities and keep the boutique performing strongly.
The Experience Checklist:
  • Previous Store Manager experience within jewellery, luxury, premium accessories, beauty, fashion or another consultative retail environment.
  • Strong understanding of premium customer service and relationship-led selling.
  • Confident leading teams, coaching performance and setting clear expectations.
  • Commercially aware with experience working towards KPIs, sales targets and store performance goals.
  • Comfortable working in a high-profile retail location where presentation, pace and customer experience all matter.
  • Strong standards across store presentation, operations, stock management and compliance.
  • A warm, polished and proactive leadership style with the ability to bring calm, structure and energy to the store.
