Your New Role:
You will take full ownership of your store across sales, people, operations and customer experience. This is a hands on leadership role where your energy sets the tone.
• Lead, coach and motivate your team to hit sales targets while delivering an exceptional customer experience
• Stay present on the shop floor, supporting customers and guiding your team in real time
• Manage rosters, wages, stock and daily operations with confidence and attention to detail
• Build a positive and accountable team culture where development and performance go hand in hand
• Review store results, identify trends and take action to maximise every opportunity
• Maintain strong visual standards that are on brand and commercially impactful
• Create a premium in store experience that keeps customers coming back

The Experience Checklist:
• 2+ years experience as a Store Manager in fashion or lifestyle retail
• A strong people leader who enjoys coaching, development and succession planning
• Sales driven and commercially minded, confident working with KPIs and budgets
• Highly organised and comfortable balancing multiple priorities in a fast paced environment
• Hands on and energised by customer facing leadership
