The Role
As the Store Manager, you will lead a diverse retail team, driving the overall operation, profitability, and customer satisfaction of this busy location. You will set the tempo for the store, breaking new ground in retail standards.
  • Leadership & Culture: Lead and inspire a diverse team to achieve operational excellence while identifying and nurturing future leadership talent.
  • Operations: Oversee day-to-day store operations, including meticulous inventory management, merchandising, and high store standards.
  • Financial Results: Take full accountability for profitability, budgets, and labor allocation to drive results.
  • Community Engagement: Build and maintain positive relationships with local customers and vendors to enhance the store's reputation.

What You Will Have
  • Extensive Experience: Proven experience as a Store Manager or Assistant Manager within a supermarket or grocery environment.
