We’re currently partnering with a well-established, customer-focused business to recruit a Store Manager for their top-performing store in Wollongong.
THE OPPORTUNITY
As Store Manager, you’ll take ownership of the day-to-day operations, leading a small team and ensuring the store continues to deliver an exceptional customer experience and strong commercial results.
WHAT’S ON OFFER?
• Remuneration package $75,000 (inclusive of Super) + OTE up to $40k
• Monthly performance-based bonus scheme
with potential to earn up to approximately $40,000 additional
• Choose your roster!
Five-day working week with options including Monday–Friday, Tuesday–Saturday or Sunday–Thursday. (Rare Mon-Fri in retail!)
