About the Role:
As the Store Manager, you will take full ownership of the store’s daily operations, leading a close-knit team of approximately 18 staff.
This is a hands-on leadership role where you will drive store performance, lead from the front, and create a positive, team-first culture while delivering strong commercial outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all store operations including sales performance, stock management, and day-to-day execution
- Lead, coach and develop a team of 18 to deliver excellent customer service and store standards
- Manage rostering, wages, and overall store profitability
- Maintain compliance across food safety, workplace health & safety, and company standards
- Build strong relationships within the local community and create a welcoming store environment
- Drive performance through KPI management and operational excellence
- Proven experience in retail or supermarket management, ideally within FMCG
- Strong leadership skills with a hands-on, supportive management style
- Ability to lead smaller teams while still being highly operational
- Solid understanding of stock control, rostering, and store performance
- Strong communication skills and a genuine passion for customer service
- Full Australian working rights (no visa sponsorship available)
