About the Role
As Store Manager, you’ll take full ownership of a flagship environment - leading from the front across people, performance, and operations. This is a role for a hands-on leader who thrives in scale. You’ll be responsible for building a strong team pipeline, driving commercial results, and ensuring operational excellence across every touchpoint of the store. From visual merchandising to stock flow, team development to KPI delivery - you’ll set the standard.
You’ll also play a key role in succession planning, developing future leaders and building a bench of talent to support upcoming growth.
What You Need
- Proven experience leading large-format retail teams
- Strong background in people leadership, coaching, and succession planning
- Ability to build and develop high-performing team pipelines
- Commercial mindset with a strong understanding of KPIs (AOV, UPT, conversion, wages)
- Operationally strong across stock management, VM, and store standards
- Experience working in fast-paced, high-volume environments
- Confident, energetic leadership style with the ability to motivate and inspire
What's in it for You
- Salary: $80,000-$90,000 + super
- Monthly performance-based bonuses
- Tuesday to Saturday roster (with rotating Friday late night trade)
