Your New Role:

As Store Manager, you will be responsible for leading the store across sales, team development, customer experience, stock, presentation and daily operations.
This role will suit someone who enjoys being present on the floor, setting the standard for service and creating an environment where customers feel confident, supported and well looked after. You will lead the store like your own business, with ownership across performance, people and day to day operations.

What You Will Get Up To:
  • Lead, recruit, train and develop a new store team while building a positive and supportive culture.
  • Drive sales performance across daily, weekly and monthly trade with clear focus on results, wages and store profitability.
  • Set the standard on the shop floor by delivering strong customer experiences and coaching your team in real time.
  • Take ownership of stock management, inventory accuracy, replenishment, shrinkage and product movement.
  • Maintain strong standards across merchandising, store presentation and operational routines.
  • Keep the store organised, commercially ready and running smoothly each day.
  • Create a team environment that is energetic, customer focused and results driven.
The Experience Checklist:
  • Proven store management experience in a busy retail setting where consultative selling is a must!
  • Confident leading from the floor with the ability to coach, motivate and bring the team with you throughout the trading day.
  • Strong understanding of store operations, including stock, inventory, rostering, wages, replenishment and shrinkage.
  • Comfortable working with KPIs, sales targets and daily trade priorities while keeping the team focused on what matters most.
  • Commercial leader who can balance customer experience, team development and operational standards.
  • Someone who is happy to jump in where needed, set the tone and create a store culture people want to be part of.
