Your New Role:

As Store Manager in Camberwell, you will take ownership of sales, team leadership, customer experience, stock, rosters, wages, loyalty, CRM and store presentation.

This role will suit someone who enjoys running a store like their own business. You will be trusted to lead, make decisions, build local customer relationships and create a warm, polished and commercially focused store environment.

You will be joining a loyal and experienced team, with strong in store support already in place. They are now looking for a Store Manager who can bring structure, confidence and drive to continue growing the business.

What You Will Get Up To:
  • Lead, coach and support a small, experienced retail team
  • Take ownership of daily trade, sales performance, wages, rosters and operational standards
  • Build genuine relationships with a loyal local customer base
  • Drive loyalty, CRM activity and repeat customer engagement
  • Create a warm and polished store environment that reflects the quality of the product
  • Support customers with consultative service, styling advice and product education
  • Manage stock, replenishment, visual standards and store presentation
  • Lead local store activity and support the store’s connection with the Camberwell community
The Experience Checklist:
  • Previous Store Manager experience in a boutique, premium, lifestyle, fashion, homewares, gifting or customer focused retail environment
  • Luxury, premium or consultative retail exposure would be highly regarded
  • A warm, confident leadership style with the ability to get the best out of a small team
  • Commercially aware, with experience working to sales targets, wages, KPIs and customer engagement goals
  • Strong customer service skills and confidence building repeat customer relationships
  • Ability to balance beautiful service with strong commercial outcomes
  • Someone who enjoys ownership, autonomy and being trusted to run the store without being micromanaged
  • A genuine appreciation for quality product, natural fibres and a more considered retail experience
