About the role:  As Store Manager, you’ll lead a close-knit team while remaining highly hands-on within the business. This is not a desk-based management role — we’re looking for someone who loves being on the shop floor, leading by example, styling customers, and creating a warm, welcoming store environment.

You’ll be responsible for:
  • Leading, motivating, and developing your team
  • Driving sales and customer engagement
  • Delivering an exceptional in-store experience
  • Managing day-to-day store operations
  • Visual merchandising and store presentation
  • Building a positive and high-performing culture
About you:
  • Previous retail management experience within fashion, lifestyle, beauty, or premium retail
