What You’ll Do:
- Lead, coach, and support a small, close-knit team
- Deliver personalised, high-quality customer service
- Drive sales through product knowledge and engaging with customers
- Manage day-to-day store operations, including visual merchandising and presentation
- Foster a positive and motivating team culture
- Previous Store Management experience, ideally in fashion or lifestyle retail
- Confident, energetic, and hands-on leader
- Strong focus on customer relationships and creating memorable experiences

- Salary: $34–$35 per hour (approx. $70,700–$72,800 per annum)
- Roster: Tuesday–Saturday, 40 hours per week
- Team: Lead a small, close-knit team of 6 permanent staff
- Incentives: Earn $30 in wardrobe credit for every $600 spent by a customer – uncapped
