As Manager, you’ll oversee daily operations, inspire your team, and ensure your store delivers an exceptional, inspiring shopping experience every day. Key Responsibilities
  • Build, lead, and motivate a high-performing, service-driven team.
  • Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring a premium, welcoming customer experience is delivered every day.
  • Manage visual merchandising and high volumes of diverse inventory.
  • Drive store performance by managing budgets across sales, wages, and shrinkage.
  • Coach and empower your team through strong training, development, and ongoing support.
  • Maintain immaculate store standards that inspire customers the moment they walk through the door.
What You’ll Bring
  • Previous retail leadership experience, ideally in homewares, lifestyle, or high-volume specialty retail environments.
  • An eye for detail and a passion for beautiful visual merchandising and presentation.
  • Proven ability to lead, coach, motivate, and develop a team to success.
  • Strong operational skills, including stock management, time management, and wage control.
  • Outstanding communication skills to easily build connections with your team and the local community.
