We’re looking for a Store Manager to take the reins of a Belrose showroom, lead from the floor and create a high-performing sales environment.
This is an opportunity for someone who enjoys the sales side of leadership, building customer relationships, closing opportunities, motivating a small team and taking ownership of the showroom’s performance.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Take ownership of daily showroom performance and sales results
- Lead, motivate and support a small team
- Drive your own sales while setting the standard for the team
- Build genuine relationships with customers and guide them through considered purchases
- Monitor sales targets, KPIs and individual performance
- Keep the team focused on follow-up and converting opportunities
- Manage rosters and day-to-day showroom operations
- Maintain a polished, customer-ready showroom environment
- Support recruitment and onboarding as the team grows
- Lead by example and step in wherever needed
What You’ll Bring
- Previous furniture retail or showroom sales experience
- Store Management or senior sales experience
- A proven track record of hitting sales targets
- Strong commercial awareness and confidence with KPIs
- Natural leadership skills and the ability to influence a small team
- A hands-on, energetic approach to retail
- Strong customer service and relationship-building skills
- A genuine drive to sell and achieve results
