Your New Role: 

As Store Manager, you will take full ownership of a busy outlet environment, leading from the front while driving both performance and team engagement. This is a hands-on role where you will balance the day-to-day operational demands of a high-volume store with the expectation of delivering a premium customer experience at every touchpoint.

You will be responsible for leading, developing and retaining a team, creating a culture that feels both supportive and accountable. At the same time, you will have a strong focus on commercial outcomes, understanding your numbers and using them to guide decisions across the business.

What You Will Get Up To: 
  • Lead a team in a fast-paced outlet environment, setting clear expectations around service, sales and presentation
  • Drive key retail metrics including conversion, ATV and UPT while managing wage control and productivity
  • Create a consistent and elevated customer experience that aligns with a premium brand, even within a high-volume setting
  • Coach and develop your team through regular feedback, on-the-floor training and structured performance conversations
  • Take ownership of visual merchandising standards, stock flow and operational processes to ensure the store runs smoothly
  • Build a strong team culture that balances energy, accountability and collaboration
  • Use reporting and data to identify opportunities, address challenges and drive continuous improvement
The Experience Checklist: 
  • Proven experience managing a store in a premium environment with high foot traffic.
  • Confidence managing volume or outlet setting where pace and pressure are part of the day to day
  • Strong commercial understanding with the ability to read and react to store performance
  • A hands-on leadership style, leading from the front and staying present on the shop floor
  • Experience developing and coaching teams, with a focus on retention and performance
  • High attention to detail across visual standards, stock management and overall store presentation
  • A natural ability to build relationships with both your team and customers while maintaining brand standards
