Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales performance and achieve operational KPIs, including profitability and customer metrics
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing retail team, promoting accountability and engagement
- Oversee store operations: rostering, merchandising, stock management, and policy compliance
- Implement processes to optimise efficiency and enhance the customer experience
- Analyse store performance using data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
- Deliver excellent customer service and resolve escalated issues with professionalism
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing development of team members
- Align store operations with national initiatives and corporate programs
- Strong operational capability with proven retail leadership experience
- Previous Store Manager experience is essential
