- Lead, coach, and develop your team to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets.
- Oversee all store operations, including stock management, merchandising, visual presentation, and daily routines.
- Monitor KPIs, P&L, and performance, implementing strategies to drive results while maintaining a positive, collaborative team culture.
- Maintain premium brand standards across both levels of the store.
- $70–75k per annum (flexible for a superstar candidate)
- Managers' annual bonus based on P&L's
