We're partnering with one of Australia's fastest-growing activewear brands to find an energetic and driven Store Manager to lead their high-performing Chadstone location.
About the Role
As Store Manager, you'll be responsible for driving the performance of a busy, high-profile retail location while creating an inspiring environment for your team and customers.
We're looking for a hands-on leader who leads by example, builds strong team culture and knows how to balance commercial performance with genuine customer connections.
What You'll Be Doing
- Lead, coach and develop a passionate retail team, creating a positive and high-performing store culture.
- Drive store sales, KPIs and overall commercial performance through effective leadership and coaching.
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience, building genuine connections and brand loyalty.
- Take ownership of daily store operations, including rostering, stock management, visual merchandising and store standards.
- Recruit, develop and retain talent, building a strong team with clear opportunities for progression.
- Champion community engagement, local partnerships and brand initiatives to build meaningful customer relationships.
- Previous Store Manager experience within fashion, activewear, lifestyle or another fast-paced retail environment.
- A proven track record of driving sales, achieving KPIs and managing a high-performing retail business.
- Strong people leadership skills with a genuine passion for coaching, mentoring and developing others.
- A natural ability to create an energetic, inclusive and positive team environment.
- Commercial awareness, operational confidence and a hands-on approach to leadership.
- A genuine interest in fitness, wellness, activewear or community-driven brands.
- $80K + super salary package.
