  • Maintaining site presentation standards ensuring the location is clean, well-stocked and compliant with retail requirements.

  • Overseeing stock management, cash handling, fuel deliveries and site security with accuracy and accountability.
What You'll Bring:
  • Demonstrated retail or hospitality management experience with fuel industry exposure advantageous but not required.
  • Proven leadership capability with the ability to build, coach and develop high-performing teams.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with confidence in decision-making and taking ownership of outcomes.
  • Competent computer skills with understanding of retail systems and reporting requirements.
  • Commitment to safety, compliance and maintaining high standards in all situations.
