About You

- Proven experience leading retail teams and achieving sales targets and KPIs
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a Store Manager role within retail, bridal, or premium/luxury fashion
- A natural coach who enjoys developing others and building team confidence
- Emotionally intelligent, with a genuine passion for customer experience
- Strong sense of style with an eye for detail and presentation
- Confident, driven and motivated by both people and performance
- Highly organised and comfortable managing multiple systems and priorities
- Lead, inspire and develop your team to deliver exceptional bridal styling appointments
- Drive showroom performance through sales, service and KPI achievement
- Oversee daily operations ensuring the showroom is immaculate and fully prepared for each bride
- Coach and support your team in styling, customer engagement and sales excellence
- Manage appointments, stock and gown care with precision and attention to detail
- Create a warm, welcoming and emotionally engaging environment for brides and their guests
