- Collaborate with the Production Manager on gown flow, fittings, and inventory
- Utilise CRM tools to manage bookings, client follow-ups, and performance tracking
- Proven experience in bridal, luxury fashion, or premium apparel retail
- Strong consultative sales and customer service skills — you thrive on creating exceptional experiences
- Excellent organisational and leadership capabilities
