THE ROLE
As Store Manager, you will:
- Lead, coach and develop the team, creating a strong, values-led culture
- Be an authentic brand ambassador, role modelling its environmental philosophy and values
- Build meaningful relationships with local sporting, outdoor and environmental communities
- Develop community partnerships and organise events that bring people together
- Drive commercial performance while delivering an exceptional customer experience and strong store operations
- Represent the brand across Auckland, creating a store that is a meaningful part of the wider community
We're looking for someone who brings:
- Proven retail management or strong people leadership experience
- A genuine passion for outdoor activities, sport and/or environmental causes
- Strong coaching and team development skills
- Natural confidence building authentic relationships and bringing people together
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Commercial awareness and an understanding of retail performance
- A hands-on, collaborative and inclusive leadership style
- The confidence to represent a globally recognised brand within the local community
