Senior Sales Advisor - Wellington

About the Role
This is a consultative sales position suited to someone who thrives in a relationship-driven environment. You will guide clients through meaningful purchases, build long-term connections, and contribute to a collaborative, high-performing team culture. You’ll be joining a team of 8–10, supported by a Store Manager and anAssistant Store Manager.

  • Quarterly bonus structure based on personal sales (tiered system – the more you sell, the more you earn)

  • Delivering exceptional, personalised customer service
  • Building and maintaining strong client relationships
  • Driving personal sales performance and contributing to store targets
  • Sharing product knowledge and the story behind exclusive collections
  • Engaging professionally with both clients and colleagues to create a seamless luxury experience
  • Maintaining impeccable presentation standards reflective of a high-end brand
What We’re Looking For
  • Proven retail sales experience (luxury or premium background highly regarded, but not essential)
  • Strong communication skills and emotional intelligence
  • Confidence in consultative selling and long buying journeys
  • Professional, polished presentation
  • Ability to work both autonomously and within a close-knit team
  • Genuine interest in jewellery, watches, or luxury products
