Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality bridal and formal wear alterations with exceptional attention to detail
- Work closely with brides, providing reassurance and a calm, professional presence
- Collaborate with the showroom and HQ teams to maintain impeccable quality standards
- Support a fast-paced schedule, particularly on Mondays, Fridays, and Saturdays
- Proven experience in a like-for-like bridal or formal wear alterations role
- Strong background in garment construction and tailoring techniques
- Experienced in bridal or formal wear alterations with exceptional attention to detail
- Warm, polished, and confident when working directly with clients
- Strong English communication skills
- Detail-focused, adaptable, and team-oriented
- Passionate about craftsmanship and delivering exceptional results
You’ll join a close-knit showroom team of three full-time and one part-time team member, alongside a supportive Showroom Manager. Across the wider showroom and HQ, the team consists of approximately 10 staff. This is a collaborative, supportive environment where quality and teamwork are genuinely valued.
