The Role
- This is an exciting opportunity to join the brand’s Bondi Flagship as an Assistant Store Manager (Sales & Service Manager), working closely with the Store Director to lead the commercial and service side of a large, high-performing team.
- This is a highly hands-on leadership position, with approximately 90% of your time spent on the floor. You’ll be coaching, developing and supporting the team in real time, driving exceptional customer experiences and ensuring the team has the product knowledge, confidence and tools to deliver at their best.
- You’ll play a key role in building the clienteling strategy, connecting with the local community and creating memorable experiences through VIP events and elevated customer journeys. You’ll also work closely with the Store Director to identify sales opportunities, deliver commercial strategies and ensure the team consistently reflects the brand.
- You’re a people-first retail leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and genuinely enjoys being on the floor with your team.
- 3–5+ years’ experience in retail leadership, ideally within premium, luxury, fashion, activewear or a high-volume customer-focused environment
- Strong commercial understanding with experience driving sales, KPIs and exceptional service standards
- A natural coach who develops people through positive, constructive feedback and genuine support
- Passionate about product knowledge and confident in building a team’s technical product expertise
- Strong understanding of clienteling, customer journeys, community engagement and relationship building
- High energy, reliable and supportive, with the maturity to lead within a large and complex team
- Tenacious, resilient and passionate about building a long-term career within a growing global brand
- Experience managing or co-managing large retail teams is highly regarded
- Genuine connection to premium, elevated brands and a customer-first philosophy
- $82k–$85k + Super
