As a Senior Sales Consultant, you will play a key role in delivering tailored, relationship-led service within an intimate boutique environment, you will:
- Provide a warm, personalised and consultative client experience
- Build lasting relationships and grow a loyal client portfolio
- Confidently share the craftsmanship and unique story behind each collection
- Guide clients through significant and celebratory purchases
- Maintain impeccable showroom presentation and visual standards
- Contribute positively to a collaborative and supportive team culture
- Support the management team with any operational/administrative tasks
About You:
- 3+ years’ experience in retail, ideally within luxury or premium environments
- A genuine passion for consultative selling and refined service
- Immaculate personal presentation and strong attention to detail
- Confident, articulate in your communication style
- Comfortable guiding high-value purchasing decisions with care and professionalism
- Jewellery or watch experience is advantageous, though a strong interest in luxury products is equally valued
- Full working rights in New Zealand
