Step into a brand-new, state-of-the-art hospitality hub! On behalf of our client, we are seeking a dynamic Sales Consultant to join the founding team of a premier destination showroom in Joondalup.

By importing directly and holding local stock, they provide faster turnaround times and competitive pricing without compromising quality. The Role & Range
In this consultative role, you will provide total solutions across a massive inventory that services every corner of a hospitality venue. You will represent a diverse portfolio ranging from Front of House aesthetics like premium crockery, cutlery, and designer glassware to Back of House essentials including commercial refrigeration, cooking equipment, and warewashing. From specialised food prep machinery and stainless steel to everyday consumables like packaging and chemicals, you will be the expert guide for clients looking to fit out or restock their business with both trusted global brands and high-value exclusive ranges.

Key Responsibilities
  • Consultative Sales: Provide expert advice to walk-in customers and phone inquiries, matching equipment to their specific business needs.
  • Relationship Management: Develop long-term partnerships with local chefs, business owners, and commercial fit-out specialists.
  • Showroom Excellence: Ensure the new Joondalup floor is impeccably presented, reflecting the quality of the international and local brands on offer.
  • End-to-End Sales Admin: Manage the process from accurate quoting and invoicing through to coordinating deliveries.
About You
  • The Industry Expert: You have a background in sales or customer service (experience in kitchen cookware, commercial equipment, or trade-related retail is a major plus).
  • The Brand Ambassador: You are eager to learn the technical specs of a diverse product range and can confidently discuss everything from dinnerware aesthetics to refrigeration performance.
  • The Reliable Teammate: You take pride in your work, show up with a positive attitude, and maintain a professional presentation.
