The Role
You’ll be the person customers go to when they need the right tool, the right advice and quick service. The store is busy, the days move fast and you’ll learn product knowledge, sales confidence and how to handle a proper trade retail environment. If you like practical work and talking to people, you’ll settle in quickly.
What You’ll Do
- Help customers choose the right tools and products
- Drive sales through confident, genuine conversations
- Solve problems for tradies and DIY customers
- Keep the store stocked, tidy and easy to shop
- Process orders and transactions accurately
- Work a flexible 7‑day roster with early starts and late finishes
- Have experience in hardware, tools or trade retail
- Like a fast day and take initiative
- Have strong attention to detail
- Enjoy learning about tools and how things work
- Are comfortable using basic systems
- $65,000 + Super
- Stable full‑time role with real progression
