We’re now looking for a Recruitment Consultant to join our Auckland team and continue growing our presence across the Upper North Island.
The Opportunity:
This is a fast-paced, relationship-driven role where no two days are ever the same. You’ll manage your own portfolio of clients and candidates while building long-term partnerships and becoming a trusted advisor within the retail industry.
You’ll be responsible for:
- Managing end-to-end recruitment across your client portfolio
- Building strong relationships with both existing and new clients
- Proactively sourcing and engaging top talent through multiple channels
- Guiding candidates through the recruitment journey from interview to offer
- Business development and growing your market
- Attending client meetings, networking events, and industry functions
- Representing Retailworld as a trusted recruitment partner
- Previous recruitment experience preferred (agency experience a bonus)
- Retail or hospitality background highly regarded
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Commercial mindset with a drive to achieve results
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and organised
