operating a network of retail shops and a brand new Donation and Distribution Centre (DDC) in the works. This organisation is in an exciting period of growth and change — and they are looking for someone who can bring fresh ideas, strong commercial thinking and genuine hands-on leadership to help shape the next chapter. What's In It For You
- Base salary upto $85k (depending on experience)
- $10k Annual Bonus based on KPI Achievement
- Monday to Friday with occasional weekend availability when needed

- Lead — develop and inspire a dedicated team of paid staff and volunteers to deliver excellence across retail and distribution operations
- Drive Sales — develop smart retail strategies, set performance frameworks and identify new opportunities to grow income across the network
- Oversee Operations — maintain consistently high standards across all stores in presentation, sales, stock management and customer experience, ensuring the network is well supplied by the DDC.
- Own Health & Safety — ensure all staff and volunteers work in a safe environment and that incidents are reported and acted on promptly
- Proven multi-site or large-scale retail management experience with strong commercial acumen
- Strong people leadership — coaching, development and holding difficult conversations
- Ability to self-manage and be solution-focused
- A passion for sustainability, community and making a real difference
- A full NZ Driver's Licence and willingness to travel across the region
- Full NZ working rights
