About the Role
Multiple leadership opportunities are now available across high-volume stores located in Auburn, Marsden Park and Hoxton Park.
Whether you're an experienced Retail Manager or Assistant Retail Manager, you'll play a key role in leading teams, driving commercial performance and delivering an exceptional customer experience. These are hands-on leadership positions offering genuine autonomy, structured development and the opportunity to progress within a growing national retailer.
Key Responsibilities
Retail Manager
- Lead front-of-house operations and drive sales floor performance.
- Manage labour budgets, rostering and daily team productivity.
- Coach and develop team members while ensuring an exceptional customer experience.
- Monitor key performance indicators and adjust resources to achieve business objectives.
- Act as Manager on Duty, leading daily floor operations.
- Support and coach retail team members to deliver outstanding customer service.
- Oversee checkout operations, stock recovery and merchandising standards.
- Maintain operational compliance, safety and loss prevention procedures.
- Previous leadership experience within a high-volume retail, hospitality or quick-service environment.
- Strong ability to lead, motivate and develop diverse teams.
- Commercial mindset with the ability to drive sales and operational performance.
- Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills.
- Confident communicator with a hands-on leadership style.
- Passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences in a fast-paced environment.
- Retail Manager: $69,000-$71,000 plus superannuation.
- Assistant Retail Manager: $64,000 plus superannuation.
