As a Talent Specialist, you will be responsible for connecting with shopfront management talent across the state, building strong relationships and getting a real feel for what makes someone right for a role beyond just what is written on their resume. Your focus will be on frontline retail leadership, working closely with candidates in store-based management and helping match great people with the right opportunities across a wide mix of brands and categories. You will spend your time sourcing, interviewing, talent pooling and staying close to the market, while building your knowledge of retail recruitment in a fast-paced, team-driven environment.

- Previous experience in retail leadership or recruitment where building relationships matters
- Confident communicator who enjoys speaking with people, asking questions and creating genuine connections
- Proven knowledge of the retail market, with a strong understanding of shopfront environments, customer expectations and what great leadership looks like in store based teams
- Naturally organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities, stay on top of tasks and work with pace
- A positive and proactive attitude with willingness to learn in a fast moving team environment
