We’re partnering with a well-established premium retail business to find an experienced Production Technician to join its Sydney team.

The Opportunity
As a Production Technician, you’ll play an important role in the day-to-day workshop operations, ensuring bicycles are serviced, maintained and repaired to a high standard.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Carrying out bicycle servicing, repairs and routine maintenance.
- Diagnosing mechanical issues and identifying the best solutions.
- Ensuring all repairs and servicing are completed to a high standard.
- Managing workshop jobs efficiently and prioritising workload.
- Providing technical recommendations and communicating repair requirements to customers.
- Working closely with the wider store team to deliver an excellent customer experience.
- Maintaining a clean, organised and safe workshop environment.
We’re looking for someone who is technically capable, detail-oriented and genuinely passionate about bicycles.
You’ll ideally have:
- Previous experience as a Bicycle Mechanic, Bike Technician or in a similar technical role.
- Strong knowledge of bicycle components, servicing and repairs.
- The ability to diagnose mechanical issues and confidently carry out repairs.
- Excellent attention to detail and pride in the quality of your work.
- Good time management and the ability to manage multiple jobs.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
- A positive attitude and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
