Product Coordinator

Are you an absolute super-duper doer who thrives in a fast-paced environment? Do you pride yourself on bulletproof attention to detail, strong initiative, and a calm, practical attitude when priorities change, or last-minute tasks pop up?   If so, read on...

About the Role
Reporting directly to the Marketing Manager, you will be a critical engine-room player within a small, capable, and stable team of 6. Delivering 60+ campaigns a year across both web and retail stores, this role is essential to ensuring campaigns launch accurately and on schedule.
As the team's key "detail person," you will take ownership of supplier content coordination, data integrity, and asset management.  Experience in a similar role within retail is ideal, as you be hitting the ground running to power well-planned, successful retail and web campaigns.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Supplier Coordination: Proactively chase, source, and follow up with suppliers to ensure all product details, images, order forms, and samples are complete.
  • Campaign Readiness: Review supplier loading sheets, identify missing information, and maintain clear tracking sheets so everything is ready for campaign launches.
  • Store Communications: Draft and distribute straightforward promotional, product, and operational updates to retail stores using established templates.
  • Asset & Data Management: Maintain organised asset libraries, shared folders, calendars, and product trackers.
What You'll Bring to the Table
  • Execution & Persistence: A "get things done" attitude, strong follow-through, and the persistence needed to chase outstanding information from suppliers until deadlines are met.
  • Detail-Obsessed & Confident: High attention to detail is in your DNA, paired with strong communication skills and the initiative to spot needs before being asked.
  • Intermediate Excel Skills: V-LOOKUPs, shared trackers, and spreadsheets are standard, everyday tools in your world.
  • Adaptable Under Pressure: You remain calm, practical, and solutions-focused when last-minute tasks or changing priorities arise.
  • Team Player: A collaborative, proactive mindset with an eagerness to learn and work closely with your team.
On Offer
  • A key position in a supportive, high-performing team of 6.
  • Direct mentorship and support reporting to the Marketing Manager.
  • Hands-on experience across product coordination, supplier management, marketing administration, and retail communications.
  • An environment where your accuracy and speed directly drive successful national campaign rollouts.
